What we collect, in plain words.

This page covers the Kairon waitlist website.

Your email

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the date, which signup form you used, and, if you arrived through a friend's link, whose link it was. We use it to send you the crowdfunding launch link and occasional updates about Kairon. We don't sell or share it. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Confirming your email

After you join, we send one email with a link to confirm your address. Once you confirm, you get a short welcome note from Stefan. Emails are sent through an email service provider that processes your address only to deliver them. Every email after the confirmation includes an unsubscribe link.

The optional question

After joining you can tell us what you're working on. It's optional, and it helps us understand who Kairon is useful for.

Anonymous visit statistics

To understand how the page is used, we record anonymous events such as page views, which sections were seen, and which buttons were used. These use a random ID stored in your browser, your browser's time zone and language, the campaign link you came from, and a country code when our hosting provider supplies one. We do not store IP addresses.

Hotjar

If enabled, Hotjar session recordings and heatmaps only load after you choose "Allow analytics". Form fields are hidden from recordings. You can change your choice with "Analytics settings" in the footer.

Removing your data

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and we'll remove it from the waitlist.
